Biography
Lina Malas is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Aventura Parks, the largest zipline adventure park in Dubai, spanning 35,000 sqm Ghaf tree forest that's designed for all ages.
She has an MBA from the Darden School of Business, UVA and a BA in computer science from Baylor University, with over 10 years of corporate experience in management consulting, as well as project and product management.
However, her true passion lies in human development, which revolves around outdoor education, mental health, experiential learning, leader development and team building. As a mother, teacher, coach and leader, Lina’s extensive knowledge has earned her a position serving on various committees, like: YPO, Emirates Chapter as Spouse officer and the School Board of Cairo American College in Egypt. She has also hosted several workshops for local and multinational businesses, networking organizations and counsellors.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the private sector in retail management; 7 years’ experience in education where he taught English Second Language at The Cambridge High School,
During his time at Dubai Parks and Resorts, he welcomed over 40,000 students across the UAE; he hosted Spelling Bee Finals 2 years running, with his final event "Teacher Awards" for 950 educators through School Compared. Not many people know that Cliff met his wife at Atlantis The Palm during her induction; little did they know, they would be happily married with two children Alexander and Sophia.

Biography
Ilham Sebti is a passionate marketeer, entrepreneur, and humanitarian. She has 10 years of corporate experience with Procter and Gamble years on both strategic and operational fronts. Utilizing her vast knowledge and experience, in 2016, Ilham launched ‘Science Made Fun’ becoming a leader in providing quality, fun and educational science workshops in Dubai.
In 2020, Ilham joined Aventura Parks as a Marketing Director, working alongside an amazing team that shared the same values – fostering education through play. She has launched numerous campaigns strengthening Aventura Parks’ awareness and positioning in the market building and implementing solid strategies.
In 2021, Ilham integrated Science Made Fun into Aventura Parks’ portfolio, further establishing the park as a leader in experiential learning through quality science learning programs for children across schools and in Aventura Parks.
Whilst raising three children, Ilham pursued her career and passions by becoming a Stott Pilates and 200h+ yoga alliance fully certified teacher. She has also participated in various humanitarian causes directed by the American Private Audiology Cooperative ENTHEOS in Jordan and Zambia. This year she went back to university and is working towards a Diploma of Advanced studies at the University of Geneva in Philanthropy.

Frank Raubenheimer is the operations Manager at Aventura Parks, the largest zipline adventure park in Dubai. Frank has been with Aventura since 2017 overseeing the safety and operation of the park and activities offered, and as a former firefighter is well qualified for his role.

Biography
Victor Arce Ulloa is a Customer Service and Group Manager at Aventura Parks. He is also a Lead Facilitator, who has worked in outdoor experiential training in Costa Rica and the UAE. He has organized and lead numerous team building programs and competitions.He believes that detailed planning and organization is the key to successful events and happy customers. Before Victor moved to the UAE he owned and operated a Construction Gate Company in Costa Rica. He also worked as an Operational Manager of a Zipline park in Jabel Jais, UAE.
Victor holds a Certificate of Functional Training from Universidad National and Bachelor’s degree in mechanical automotive COVAO College, Costa Rica
HR Manager

Biography
Yvette Peters is the HR/ Admin Manager at Aventura Parks. She is a highly experienced professional in Corporate Learning & Development and Human Resources.She has achieved a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with majors in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Business Economics and Economics.
Her sense of humour and optimism creates a positive working environment for all. Yvette’s hobbies include swimming, reading and spending quality time with family and friends.
