What can I expect from the event?
You can enjoy up to 5 circuits depending on age and height, which include; ziplines, rope courses, wall climbing, tree-surfing, and bridges on and between the trees.
Located in Dubai’s Mushrif Park, Aventura is set across 35,000 sqm of Ghaf forest, with 24+ ziplines and exciting challenges for friends, families, students, and corporate teams. Expect a fun, safe, and unforgettable outdoor adventure!
Where is the experience located?
Aventura Parks is located within Mushrif Park National Forest in Dubai.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast your visit cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
How long does the experience last?
Timing in the Zipline Park depends on the type of ticket you purchase. Most packages allow visitors to have a harness for up to three hours, including the safety briefing and training. Visitors may enjoy the The Ghafé or Nature trails before or after their Zipline Park experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes. The Ghafé restaurant is available onsite and offers delicious salads, great burgers and sandwiches, creative and healthy pastas, and fresh pizzas baked in-house. The Ghafé offers both indoor and outdoor seating areas, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee with park views around you.
Is there parking available?
Mushrif park provides public parking spaces around the venue and there is an AED 10 Mushrif park gate fee, which is a Dubai Municipality Fee for maintaining the national park.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
You should wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty, and closed-toe footwear with good grips. Long hair must be tied back.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, we have merchandise available for sale at Aventura Parks.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. They can also be purchased in the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store), on the Fever website or on aventuraparks.com.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please reach out to us by completing the form here with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
You must arrive 20 mins before the time stated on your ticket.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all guests must complete a waiver before receiving their entry QR codes. Adults/guardians must sign on behalf of minors.
If you buy online, check your email for the waiver link (you can also forward the waivers to others in your group once you click on the waiver link). Once signed, your QR codes will be automatically released. If purchasing in person, you'll complete the waiver right after buying your tickets.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event's location - not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, whilst the venue is accessible, not all of the experiences and activities within the venue are. If you have any questions regarding accessibility, please contact our customer support team via email at info@aventuraparks.com.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
No alcohol and outside food and beverage are not permitted.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, only for carers assisting guests with special needs. Carers get 50% OFF. Please, contact our customer support team via email at info@aventuraparks.com.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms - please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there an age or height requirement?
Adults and children can enjoy the circuits at Aventura Parks. Rangers circuit: children between 1.15m and 1.25m. Explorador circuit: at least 1.25m tall. Aventura and Thriller circuits: min 1.4m height. Extreme circuit: at least 1.6m tall and 16 years old. Discovery Playground: no harness required, children must be 1.05m or above to participate independently.
What safety measures are there at Aventura Parks?
Adults and children can enjoy the circuits at Aventura Parks. Our harnessed activities include: - Rangers circuit, perfect for children between 1.15m and 1.25m;
- Explorador circuit, adventurers must be at least 1.25m tall;
- Aventura and Thriller circuits required min 1.4m height;
- Extreme circuit, adventurers must be at least 1.6m tall and 16 years old to participate.
- Discovery Playground does not require a harness and children must be 1.05m or above and below 1.25m to participate independently.
What else can visitors do if they decide not to visit the Zipline Park?
Aventura is located in a Ghaf tree forest and visitors can enjoy the Nature Trails, the chill zone, as well as The Ghafé restaurant.
Do you have staff trained in first aid?
Yes, we do. All our Coaches have first aid qualifications.
What safety measures are there at Aventura Parks?
At Aventura Parks, safety is a priority. All visitors are trained to use the equipment and all Aventura activities and challenges are 100% safe. The entire park has been developed and audited to meet the special EU safety regulations (EN15567) and is constantly monitored by professionally trained staff.
Is Aventura Parks suitable for children with autism or sensory sensitivities?
Yes. Aventura Parks provides visual guides, a sensory-friendly park map, and quiet zones to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for every child.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Aventura provides all the equipment you need for the activities. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle (no plastic) since there are multiple filling stations through the park. A camera to capture your adventure and nature moments.
Can we request special accommodations for children with special needs?
Absolutely. We encourage families to contact us in advance at info@aventuraparks.com so we can personalize your experience. Whether you need quiet entry times, additional guidance, or staff-led support, we’re here to make your visit comfortable and memorable.
Do you offer sensory maps or support materials for neurodiverse guests?
Yes, our Park Map highlights quieter zones, activity intensity, and sensory-friendly spaces throughout the park. You can ask staff onsite for this upon arrival.
