The Leader in You is a transformative, full-day leadership workshop for students that combines experiential learning with the Reiss Motivation Profile® (RMP), a powerful, research-based psychometric tool that uncovers what truly drives human behavior.
Designed to improve students’ self-awareness, motivation, and personal leadership skills, this workshop helps them understand why they do what they do and how to lead with authenticity.

The Reiss Motivation Profile® (RMP) is a scientifically validated psychometric tool used in our “The Leader in You” workshop. It helps students understand their core motivations and behavioral drivers through a personalized assessment and debriefing session.
Program durations vary. “The Leader in You” is a full-day workshop with pre-workshop components, while outdoor team-building sessions can be half-day or full-day experiences, depending on your group’s needs.
